the boxer theory doesn't seem work in missouri pick 4. what else can we try

Can someone help me out on this..I might just be tired but not seeing how lotto is getting their numbers..Texas example

first digit 6xxx...so I would have these numbers 40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49..after this I'm lost...add 20 and 21 to the 3's in 6313

so 6313

+ 2 0

2 1 in this example 31 and 41?

so 6313, add 20 and 21 to 61

Promising, I'm just observing, but this system is great for pick4 here in nyc.

Trix,this has not been tested for Pick 3. It's very rare when the 2 games can use a same system,I've found.

Try this one out,kids...but I don't suggest wearing gloves while doing this workout,lol. Kinda hard to hold a pencil :P

Instructions: How to Get The FRONT Pair

Take your last Evening Draw.

For example, 6983.

Match the FIRST DIGIT to the ones below to get your front pairs.

If your first digit is 0xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

80 81 82 83 84 85 86 87 88 89

If your first digit is 1xxx then these will be the FRONT PAIRS:

90 91 92 93 94 95 96 97 98 99
