Derivatives are basically insurance. They are contracts with counterparties, not the general public. Having insurance on your car or house is the same as having a derivative. The fruit flies life span is around 10 days which is why they choose it as the test subject. I don't

in such a way that they give me the most coverage I can get. Playing 5 or 6 digits just puts me in

EV can be used in gambling to compare different games, bets, or similar games/bets at different venues. That's a good way to look at it, especially if your state is using it wisely. I think education is the best place to put it to use, and some states do. Education in Norway is free from Kindergarten to PhD, and it seems to work for them.

mentioned pick-3. The reason is that he knows that each position in a pick-3 or pick-4 single

You did not even mention the missing RAND function for the second RNG. You just told me

Notice the first two simulations are set to static. I switched jimbo's set 1-2-11-12-21 with my set so that

they were used in both the left and right side simulators. In the third pic I ran the left in Q-Pick mode and

in the right my set. The set I chose is what I consider a optimized set for my 5-39 but could have used many

others.

Hi all except jimbo

I had a little time this morning so I thought I would work on a simulator that means something.

This one will do about the same thing as the one linked by that other guy but adds a method

to the mix which should tell the truth. It has 2 RNG's one of which simulates the player picks and

the other simulates the drawing. I chose two different RNG's just to make the simulation fair.
