Here is what i would do below.

1 Sign the ticket and get out of my house and go to a hotel for a few days.

2 Hire tax, lawyers, and have a bank of Cayman rep fly in to take part of this process.

3 Claim the ticket anonymous with trust account to hide my identity.

4 Move all the winnings out of the USA to Cayman Islands. Leave about 10 Million in the USA for investments.

I'd claim it as soon as my lawyer and financial planner got my paperwork together. It's not going to be anywhere near 6 months though, if it takes longer than 3 weeks I'll be firing some people real quick LOL
