Each state has two sets of numbers that apply to them ... each state should get a number out of each set listed so another state hitting does not affect it hitting the other states listed for that set of numbers .... the numbers are not in the order i think they will hit straight ....

this is good for a week - if there are any states left that have not hit out thier set of numbers at the end of a week, id play them even harder at that point...
