im pretty sure there probably isnt more to it than that , you take the winning number and make the stacks like she showed with adding 3 and adding 1 ... then its up to you to pick numbers out of the stacks before the drawing .... same as all the tic tac toes or stacks people post daily on different threads ... the winner is in there most times, but picking the winner out of all those posibilties and playing it , is a whole nother story ..lol

I think she is saying to use the number stack she did from the winning number 912 to use to find the winning number for the next draw
