I did something similar a few years ago where I ranked the box digits from 1 thru 10 as in the following diagram.

The interesting property I found from this is that most of the times all 3 digits will not come from rank 3-7. So that means you can eliminate 125 straights from consideration.

From my picture of above in last 30 drawings only draws 7, and 17 had all 3 digits in rank 3-7. So 28 of 30 times you would have been correct. This is a good first filter for the onli... [ More ]
