Even when someone wins the OCL $65M+ jackkpot, it will only be a local story at best unless they have an interesting side story to go with it like maybe they split a $60M PB jackpot the week before.

I had numbers picked that were actually picked, but I didn't play those numbers the night they picked them, so your claim on not winning isn't true. I also know one person that has won the badger 5 before, and I heard from a reliable source that someone else within the same block of that guy won the wisconsin badger 5 state lottery too. I would recommend people look at their lottery website and see what jackpot games their state offers, and play the one with odds that seem more reasonable. Who really needs hundreds of millions of dollars anyways? That way you won't have the national media and people looking for handouts from everywhere.

As crazy as that sounds, you will probably be right. OCL has the largest jackpot in the nation and yet no mention in the press or even LP.

PB and MM aren't popular because they have $20M or $40M winners once in a while, it's because most of their winners are over $100M. States added PB and MM hoping to attract more players for their local games.

In spite of OCL having a larger jackpot and better odds than either, Ohio will probably sell more PB and MM tickets this week.

Why should anyone care? Most state lotteries have larger jackpots with better odds. Ohio's Classic Lotto has a jackpot of ~$65M with odds of 1:14M.

I noticed that new york won a 20 million dollar MM jackpot? So now I guess they're going to be biased towards new york for a while.
