Here is the only instance I can find where a trip was ever drawn on the last day of the month.

08/31/1995; Day: 9,6,7; Night: 3,3,3

This second list is all the trips I can find that have been drawn on the 30th. By coincidence, no trip has been drawn on the 30th when that was the last day of the month, only in months where there were 31 days. Strange, huh? I knew somebody was going to ask, so I double-checked, no trip I can find has ever been drawn on the last day of February.
