Our local lottery is online working in such a direction, now sending a reminder when the tickets stop being valid. Some people play the same numbers their entire life time.

My calculation for pick 3 is simple, if for example my 123 comes out in 250 drawings, it would pay 250 net and basically in the other case it is a loss.
