You might conclude that after reading some of the whining posts of a few members but there are folks here who play lotteries for entertainment not wealth.

I use to regularly run into a local who owned three McDonald stores when buying lottery tickets before he retired, sold his stores and move to Florida. THRIFTY, PB and MM, both are the most difficult ones in the the California lottery, because of their system changed.

Especially, MM why increaded so many plain numbers(from 56 to 75), is this too many to be added?

I feel its mega numbers (15) is easier now, but it doesn't increase our winning opportunity

How nice it is to be in the company of mostly reasonable people regarding a jackpot win. Then, I can see those that aren't familar with the taxes on such a win, and, obviously have financial issues that would exceed roughly $10M-$15 AFTER TAXES...as the minimum PB jackpot is $40. $15 million is definitely more than what my husband and I have but we are aspiring to be worth at least that much as we get closer to retirement age. Our method is not dependent on the lottery but instead based on the projected path of our investment and retirement accounts.

I also think there may be one or two LP members who have a net worth of at least $15 million.
