The Pairs Listed On The Right Hand Side Haven't Hit In 25 Draws.

It's Just The Way The Missing Pairs Are Listed.

They're Listed From Low To High...03-05-09-11......79.

It Has Nothing To Do With The Combinations Listed To The Left Of Them.

That part I get. What I don't get is where and how he got them. I wrote the author asking but have not heard anything yet. It's been almost a week

It's the placement of his Pairs Out column that is throwing you off.

If today was 1/30/2008, you want to play pairs 03, 09, 11, 33, etc.

Someone else may be able to help with what to pair them with , I struggle in that area.

for example lets pick the first one which is 991 and he got a 3 for pairs out How did he get a 3? Looking at the chart

The Pairs Out Are The Pairs That Haven't Hit In The Past 25 Draws

Step 2

Using The Pair Chart

Using your

Pair Chart on page 6 and starting at the bottom of this list

and move up, check off the pairs of numbers that appear in the

Breakdown column. I have bolded and underlined them as I

checked them off and I put the pairs I did not find in the Pairs Out

column.

Ok reading this book and it talks about pairs out. Here are the two pages I'm questioning because I have no clue where they get there pairs out numbers
