			<description><![CDATA[<p>Idk if every state is like this but pa and md big 4 numbers play off of each other. There&#x27;s patterns everywhere with them. Sometimes 3 digit is in big 4 with an extra number. Like on 4-6-14 nite time in md was 6683 4-9-14 nite time in md was 8634 and 2day 4-15-14 in pa was 8664. It coulda played off either 1.
