			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes these are 2 separate facts thus the .....numbers 1. and ...... 2. LOL<br /><br />Number 1. depends on previous draw. Example of 1,2,3...... could be any 3 digits.<br /><br />Yes on Number 2. It is regardless, the 4 digits will .....ALWAYS appear no matter what ...78% of the time.<br /><br />There is more reasons behind those 2 facts than I wanted to go into here and now...but for newbie&#x27;s sake.<br /><br />Just as there is for the simple version of The Old Man&#x27;s Zero Trick</p>]]></description>
