Actually, just a hair under 50% of combos will have 0,1 in lowest postion or 8,9 in highest position.

If you arrange the p3 positions lowest to hightst you would notice a 0 or 1 in the first position and an 8 or 9 in the third postion in nearly all of the games.

There is nothing new under the sun.....and in this game that someone else has not thought of long ago ithastobesaid.

It was and is .....as I clearly stated up there.....a way for newer players to quickly get into the game without a bunch complicated back and forth.

Yes these are 2 separate facts thus the .....numbers 1. and ...... 2. LOL

Number 1. depends on previous draw. Example of 1,2,3...... could be any 3 digits.

Yes on Number 2. It is regardless, the 4 digits will .....ALWAYS appear no matter what ...78% of the time.

There is more reasons behind those 2 facts than I wanted to go into here and now...but for newbie's sake.

You'll be right 78% of the time regardless of which 4 digits you choose. It could be 1,2,3,4 , 2,4,6,8 , 1,4,5,7 or any other 4 digit combination.

But to actually be right (read WINNING) you still have to pick which ball will be one or more of those 4 digits and the other 2 or less digits.

Odds still 1:1000.

1. 66 % of the time...... one or more digits will return in the NEXT drawing.

If the draw was 123 today.......there is a 2/3rds chance at least one or more digits return the next draw.

2. You will be right 78% of the time ......if you always use one or more of these digits...0189

*Another way to look at it is......if you don't .......you will only have a very small chance to win .....22% of the time.
