What has the most chance of happening, that is what should happen, but those who control the drawings can and do interfere, that makes accurate prediction much harder to do.

At least, that is what I think.

Yes, a manual is needed for it and also for its pick 3 version, much can be done with them.

Having very many filters is very good.

But a person needs to know how to best use them also.

Filters failures can keep a person from predicting right.

Go with the flow of random, I should say go with the flow of Statistical Chance'

I better do it again:

7532

7 - 5 = 2

2 + 3 = 5

5 - 2 = 3

3 = ALT SUM of 7532

Now the regular Root Sum:

7532

7 + 5 = 12

12 + 3 = 15

15 + 2 = 17

1 + 7 = 8

8 = Root Sum of 17 Sum of 7532

Hello!

An ALT SUM is short for Alternating Sum

On the pick 4 game:

ALT SUM = (+High) + (-High Medium) + (+Low Medium) + (-Low).

It should end with a positive digit, I guess that with only one digit.

Maybe sort of like with the Root Of A Sum , but not the Regular Root Of A Sum.

3964 = 4 This is I think the regular Root of this Sum 22
