True, every ticket brought in the multi-states games has an equal chance to win no matter where it's brought but the area that sells the most tickets have the most equal chances of having the winner. Luck favors the ones with the most.

When all is said done Rjoh- its all about chance.California kept throwing in the lion's share of $$$ when it joined PB in April 2013 yet did not win for Months. A ticket bought in the Virgin Islands has just as much of a chance of winning either jp as California does.Then again, its not called the Golden State for nothing.

The fact that California sold enough tickets to add $2M to its SLP jackpot and Ohio only sold enough to add $300K to its OCL jackpot says why California wins both its local and multi-states games so often. California has more lottery players than Ohio.

There's more than enough local State lottery money just begging to be won.l would not mind bagging the SLP jackpot this weekend, its ripe for plucking. I also seriously doubt the Ohio Classic would have lasted 2 years without being won in California. This is a winning State- whether it's the Olympics, NBA titles, we just that good.
