I think it is about the same. Folks are going to hit the favorite numbers and not worry about the rest. I think the new college thing is going to be paid from the cash 3 reserves. It goes into effect 2015 or there about where any child who graduates from high school can get 2 years of college for free. I think also that it is supposed to fund the pre schools..at least 4 of them. So if they are making money, that is where it is going.
