Certain versions of Windows 7 could run anything that ran in Windows XP in its virtual machine mode but I don't know if that option is still available now that MicroSoft stopped supporting Windows XP.

For those who own a fully registered copy of VersBet34 this is a 2 step process for creating/updating your DMG file(s)

1. I'm using Excel 2010 and a FREE Hex Editor called HxD

2. Create a new folder and name it whatever you want

3. Download all the files from the follwing folder link: (Place all these files into your new folder created above)

I see no good enough reason to quit using Windows XP yet, Firefox and many other softwares still work on Windows XP, I am using Windows XP right now and probably will keep on using it.

Why change it? It runs all the programs that I have right now, maybe other than the Win98SE programs that I also have.

Security? Wiondows XP can be made very secure if you know how.

Maybe my Windows XP is more secure than the Windows 7 and Win 8 that other people use, it is just a matter of knowing how to... [ More ]

The LM4 program is still DOS.

And the others are Windows and are said to run on Win XP and also on Win 7, now, before maybe they all were DOS.

Maybe using something like DOS Box DOS programs might run on Win 7, but as I said, only LM4 is still DOS now.

When I looked at the website a few years ago, VersBet looked like a DOS program and with MicroSoft pulling the plug on Windows XP last month all such programs ended on the web. They also won't run on Windows 8 or later.

Yes Joe pulled the plug on VersBet. I can create a Pick 3 and Pick 4 dmg game file for VersaBet34 using Excel and a Hex Editor.
