Thanks for sharing the system :D. But I think the community is more interested in learning rather than someone trying to promote a system. I like many others have our own workouts and if this works for you congrats. I personally like creating what works for me. I remember having over 23 wins in 1 month. That workout simply got cold and did some changes that I should have not done.

So basically congrats on your system. The best advice given here is tweaking :D

Actually this new pick 3 system is not a workout its a software program that i wrote been tweeking it out past few months i have had 8 days of wins day a night i will not send to know one or post it good luck to all maybe it will be a future program online
