Maybe not as many people are playing because they know the game is ending. I rather doubt anything is rigged at the Florida Lottery.

The jackpot has been at 2M for several draws now. I think officials are rigging it because Mega Money will be replaced with a new game and they want to roll the jackpot over to that game. That way, people will buy more tickets for it and get more excited about it as well.
