Short sum is the last digit of the sum. Ex sum 15, short sum 5, sum 23, short sum 3.

Root sum is the sum added and then reduced to one digit. Ex Sum 15. 1+5=6 Root sum is 6. Sum 23. 2+3=5 Root sum is 5.

Sum 19. 1+9 =10, 1+0= 1. Root sum is 1. Sum 29. 2+9=11, 1+1=2. Root sum is 2. Sum 8. 8 + nothing =8. Root sum is 8.

Easy as can be.

No joke here...two days before, on and after New and Full moon 0-9-1 are dominant digits. Black apple is right on. I would look definitely at 09 with

13, 16, 23, 26...0913 0916 0923 0926. Mercury numbers are 13-16-23-26 and are aspected to be dominant today only and in all lotteries along with 0-9-1

please correct if I'm wrong :) ... just summarizing here what I see left after the 2 draws today from your posts (which I love to follow and anyone that does the work from them on paper really do learn)! Or is it entirely closed since you mentioned at least 2 will be released and we've had mid/eve #'s that met some of the criteria.
