I think that the alternator is covered under the warranty that I have-so hopefully the mechanic won't tell me a bunch of bs..thanks again..

hey Justwannawin,

I appreciate the input-but it isn't the battery-tried having it jumped started for 2 hours-all it was doing is going click, click click when turning the key but wouldn't start. and thanks Mystique for the numbers lol

hey u need a jump its the batt it still has enoth juice to start the radio and etc but not enoth to crank the car u might of left sum then on

Hey Kjamie-it isn't the battery-the lights are working and the horn and the radio-at this point i have no choice but to tow it to a mechanic-it is possibly the starter or alternator but I don't know

Take the + wire off the battery and wait for a minute and plug it back in it should start

Hey Everyone-there is nothing wrong with my car; I was about to go and get groceries but my car won't start and it is 113 degrees inside the car..other than waiting for night time to come so it will cool off is there anything else I can do to get it to start

I don't know if it matters but the radio is working but the engine won't turn over

I'm not sure but once it is cooled off will the battery need jumped-if it won't start
