According to my research, you're more likely to find a raccoon in the trash, then tomorrow's winning number.

The only way would be if a savvy player was off by a day, but they would save losing tickets for taxes not toss them in the trash.

The place to look for winning Pick-3 numbers is the previous 15 draws, good chance one will repeat.
