The first chapter is a story about an old guy who noticed a long line of people waiting to buy lottery tickets at a store on the California-Nevada border. From there the author assumes anyone playing lottery games is stupid and explains why.

Do you have to own a Kindle device, to take advantage of this offer ?? I downloaded the Kindle App from Windows 8, but for some reason it has never functioned properly. I've upgraded to Windows 8.1 Update. Maybe there is a new Kindle App for Windows 8.1 Update.
