Texas does as well if you click on the game and click on # of prizex claim it will give you the retailer name, address, city, zip and pack #.

The Georgia Lottery usually posts winners on their site. Sometimes, the winners aren't pictured but they will sometimes post a story in their newsfeed. However, this isn't just for instant ticket winners. So, it's a bit frustrating if they don't or haven't posted the latest instant ticket winners. I have inquired it before and I have gotten replies. Lately, they have been quiet. Hmm...gives me cause to be suspicious.

I think it's slightly different from state to state. You can either call or email them with your request to see what they will and will not release. In California, there's a person assigned to coordinate PRA requests at the CA Lottery.

Indiana has a search functionality to find winners which is better than what CA Lottery offers.

I'm new to lottery.post. I saw where you can see public records of winners and where they were won, when...etc. How is this done, and does every state apply to this? I live in Indiana. Thanks.

South Carolina does as well. Anything over $500 is listed on their Daily Winners Page. Information includes the game (whether online or instant), the prize amount, store, store address, city and county the prize was won. It's usually posted on the site one day after the winner redeems their prizes.

Even if they don't, the retailer location is considered public records, so anyone can make a public records request to see where all the large winning tickets were sold.

Dose anyone know if the scratch-off lottery reports the location of where say, one of the 50,000 or 1,000,000 ticket was bought. It would be nice to see instead of just seeing that someone has won.
