I think ODDS , when explained in strategy-wise will be more appealing, mathematics are facts and facts can be intimidating. I have this approach about ODDS odds in favor and odds against, their just the flip side of a coin. Let say on every 100 draws of P4 , my success is just 20, then my odds in favor 20/80 and against will be 80/20, then my strategy will be towards 20/80. I agree with whole ODDS deal but, I'm seeing where that concept is being misapplied altogether. With respect to the numbers I see here, and, the overall approach, I believe there's a much simpler and user friendly way to decide a particular outcome. And, it doesn't take near the time to see it. What are the odds of the next play coming up with one of those numbers?... Odds are at play, in such a situation. Iffy odds.

I see some really, really great replies here regarding the pre/post-test draws. onlymoney, you're right on point with car starter analysis and I've used the exact same analogy in past posts about this very topic. Naive players simply cannot understand the true concept of why states do this...and this means they really don't grasp the game in my opinion. I do combine Midday Evening draws and I play this way because of this is one (more often than not) real life example, I made the decision of playing the 6017 6018 6019 etc string only ....... wrong decision lost. not my day BA...... but is only me to blame not the game

Yes, p-3 and p-4. I know patterns do still form, but it's just not the same as If they left the dang machines alone. I'd win a lot more often and they know that. I used to hit straight more often with little effort.

But the overall purpose (for lack of a better term) of the pick 3/4 game, is to keep everything perfectly even. All numbers coming up, all pairs, all doubles, all triples, all combinations, etc. -- as a whole (i.e., the game taken as a totality) they're all to be distributed evenly.

Right, they need more money because 13 BILLION profit in Florida lottery for example, isn't enough. They need another 27 Trillion to be happy. lol

Florida Fantasy Five used to only have 26 numbers. Too many people were winning the JP, so they raised the matrix to 36.

I always check the total payout after every draw and it gives me a very good idea of whether the game is rigged or not. I agree with WIN D that the actual count result is the official draw and it is NOT a replay. The house, however, knows how to set the level of randomness to get different result on each draw. That's why if you play your P3 P4 using number pairing, playing the history numbers next to the one that just shown, MOST of the time won't work.

If they want to prevent tampering, put the machines in a locked room with a constant video feed, problem solved.

The States can do as many Pre Test draws as they want.

It doesn't matter what they do before the real draws......even if they do it while wearing ladies hats and high heals. LOL

The only draws that count are the ones that are done at game time ....... the official game draws.

In football.....the practice sessions where the kickers Kick.....the passers pass..... and players make hundreds of touchdowns ...just don't count.

I concur with our Stack if I might add the operator intention factor , all those pre game tests (as well as post game tests) are methodically performed to break up any chance of unconventional sequential number associations, rhythms or rhymes etc

CONSIDER POSSIBILITY: For the conventional unorthodox players, could their numbers could have already hit but as an unannounced test outcomes be unaware aware of it???
