Very smart!! This is ,basically, how my system works. Now, tracking is one thing and isn't ,in itself, that difficult. But, knowing how to use it to your advantage is a whole other story. So, on the face of it, it seems simple. But, as it turns out, it's much more involved then anyone would have ever suspected.

Well, as they say, never say never . But, then again, the game ,seemingly, never ceases to break all the rules. Most likely, it has happened ,many times, and you just don't know it. Anything, and everything, eventually ends up to happen when it comes down to randomness. This is why tweaking is always a part of the process.

California on the next draw had 329 or mostly low.

Indiana Mostly/All odd missing for 8 draws. What is helping contribute is 4 doubles where the double digit was even. 00 is the missing even double in this streak.

Michigan Mostly/All inner hit last night with 370

D.C. Mostly/All odd hit last night with 536

So 3 of the 4 hit yesterday.

Remember these are 50/50 filters that have 99.9% degree of certainty of hitting in 10 draws.

Actually I calculated it wrong using 30% probability 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 and didn't account for overlaps. It should be 27.1% probability of any digit hitting in the next draw.

So a useful table of probabilities for Pick3 game with 99.9 degree of certainty would be:

Probability of Event Occurring Degree of Certainty # of Events

10.0% 99.9% 66

27.1% 99.9% 21

50.0% 99.9% 10

Other things of note Ohio Midday in the last 10 draws has perfectly cycled thru all 10 shortsums 7 6 0 4 8 9 1 3 5 2.

California Mostly/All low missing for 6 draws.

Right on cue Wisconsin digit 6 hit today after skipping 19 draws or 99.9% degree of certainty.

D.C Midday digit 5 has now achieved 19 skips, so be on the watch.

New Mexico Midday digit 4 has skipped 30 draws and counting. I would look for pair 34 or 45 to hit.

The problem with this is that you don't really know when to start playing. Suppose that you started playing one ,or both, of these digits at 10 or 11 draws out. Conceivably, these digits could continue to be out for many more draws. Now, if you were playing a lot of combos ,on each draw, then you would've been out a lot of money.

New Mexico Midday Digit 4 keeps skipping. Wisconsin Digit 6 is approaching the magical 19 skips. I made easy money yesterday in North Carolina playing digit 4. Watch for digit 6 in position 3 for Georgia the next few days.

The math says that any digit missing for 19 draws or greater has reached the magical 99.9 Degree of Certainty.

New Mexico Midday is bucking the trend with digit 4 26 draws out and counting and a couple more games are approaching 19 draws out. Pennsylvania Midday today hit 6 which was exactly at 19 draws out (Midday only) before hitting today.

Other interesting tidbits

Pair 22 is out 298 draws

High Short sum has not hit for 7 draws that in itself should be a trigger. A 50/50 filter out for 7 draws.

Other thing of interest is that all the digits have been hitting there is not a really long out digit.

Hi Peer Gynt,

My best advice to you is to study up on Win D's 50-50 splits. They are a great way to gather clues as to what is coming up in the game.

I use high/low, even/odd, in/out, hot/cold and Win D's A/B Alpha-bet (love that name). I track the skips for each of the four possibilities for each to see what is due -- eg. HHL, LLH, HHH, LLL. Its probably the most informative page in my Excel (sorry!) spreadsheet.

When it comes to doubles, it never takes both digits from same day/time (i.e., Midday/Evening) plays six out or greater (count down five Midday plays, for example; six on, any combined out digits [if there even are any] won't both appear in a double).

But (my own analysis reveals; yours may vary), when it comes to SINGLE combinations, it's about (not being exact here, but) 45%/45%/10% chance each pulling three/two/one (resp... [ More ]

Keeping on the subject of using those 2 very due digits as a great 50/50 filter I must say.Thanks for another great way to look at this hardscrabble game.We need all the filters we can get at one time or the other. Some sleep and others get fired up.

This is another very helpful way to break down these huge numbers.Clean and simple but a very powerful filter.

We needed this so many times and now we have it.

If I had been filtering using your categories gosh, maybe I would have focused upon that 555! All those aspects you list, indeed make it sound like it should have been on short lists. Off the subject of this generic 50/50 filter up there but......... wish I had played at that 555 in Ca. Saturday night.

1. the top 4 due short sums were ODD......555

2. the top due long sum combined ? ......guess what? L.Sum 15 skipping 70 draws / normally 13.39 !

3. Top box pair...? You got .....55 out 131 draws.

4. Top straight pair...... you got it...... 55 out 288

5. The long out 6 digit String was due and skipping......and even ended tonight with 555.

That particular Trip ....was low hanging fruit wasn't it?

I realize that doesn't mean the same thing in California as it does on the East Coast. LOL All those wine vineyards and everything.

Still, it was in almost everyone of the regular filters as a top pick. 555

So are you talking a single digit that's out X days in a row? Right now, in the California D3, the 8 digit has been out for 11 draws now. The 5 digit was out for 12 (overlapping) draws in a row... so the chance of an 8 or 5 coming up, was indeed high. A 555 hit tonight. The Degree of Certainty actually starts at the First draw on 50/50 deals. ONE Flip or one draw DC of 50% or 1/2

By the time it just gets to 10 draws or Flips....... the DC is already at 99.9 %

IF a digit 4 is missing for 11 draws ......and a digit 8 is missing for only 3 draws........ then the total for both skipping together is only 3 days. NO big deal for just 3 days.

Some very pretty examples of a certain kind of 50/50 type situations.

This type deals with 2 digits skipping together at the same time...... or a 488 straights group. Almost 500

Heads// Tails (conditional or sequence probability)

1. Delaware Mid....yesterday had 2 very OLD and very DUE digits. Digit 0 was skipping ...13 draws and Digit 5 was out ...11 draws

So, both digits missing TOGETHER at the same time means that 488 of the 1000 chart were missing for ...... 11 dr... [ More ]

IMO, that's the only way to play pick-3 games and possibly pick-4 too! In horse racing it's called spot plays and usually results in big payoffs. Do you think some our prolific good for all states system makers predictors have any ideas about something that doesn't happen very often but consistently produces hits

Look for and find Conditional Probability Opportunities for one of the best betting situations in Lottery!

To keep it simple:

If you can find 50/50 Odds Situations out there that have gone for several draws in a row they are great targets.

Not talking about the ones that have gone for 3 or 4......or even 5 or 6 draws in a row. Talking really good ones that are over 7 or 8 in a row.

Better even if they have gone to 9 or 10 but those are just soooo rare we almost never see them.
