			<description><![CDATA[<p>After reading the entire article, I&#x27;m not terribly impressed. Her strategy of buying up as many as she could wasn&#x27;t original or &#x27;deep&#x27;.<br /><br />The article stated that all the big wins occurred in or near her small hometown in Texas, so she clearly benefited from the fact that the Texas Lottery either knowingly or unknowingly sent multiple million dollar+ scratch cards into her area.
