How does it change the system?

Since I don't know the pre-test results I play as if they hadn't happened and observe the relationships between the official numbers. Works for me and for thousands of other LP'ers.

You have to plan a system knowing a number that your trying to hit is 5 numbers from the last one picked ,

that changes the system from the last number picked.

Texas does 4 routinely and 5 if an anomaly shows up (like all pre-test combos summing to same number or same ball in same position 4 times).

But, how does this affect your number picking

North Carolina - 5- pre-draws

Texas - 4 - pre-draws

Georgia has pre-draws

(1)You have to find out the inter workings of your state lottery.

Example: how many pre-draws they do before picking a number.

(2)Do they change the pre draw once,twice a year if so when.at that time change your system

If you have to go to the location in your state and snoop around to find out.

With out this information you have no chance in developing a system.

If anyone know exactly how their state predraws or not please post here .

hopefully we will know all states.
