If you don't owe anyone money, they will tax it state, so you might get around, $4,200.00.

State taxes come out off the top, then, they give you a 1099 form to file them on your Federal taxes at the end of the year.

Certainly would seem a wee unusual considering quads have only hit 8 times since 1998 in Missouri Pick 4.

However, the odds of 5+ quads beginning August 31, 2013, and ending today were about 1 in 1200. So nothing extreme.

It's somewhat of a selective bias to chop up hit streaks into bins of certain dates, so taking into consideration all the draws in the game, the cumulative odds of 5+ quads are about 1 in 1.06, which is nearly 95% probability. That's good enough to say perfectly normal as... [ More ]

I live in Missouri, and I'm wondering if we should call in an investigation on the electronic pick 4. Within the last 12 months we have had Quads pulled 5 times. Since September of 2013, 0000 has been drawn twice, 8888 has been drawn twice and today 0000 was drawn. Has anyone seen this happen before? I mean what are the odds. Thoughts anyone
