I updated the P2StateDrawsVTRAC.xlsm with Wednesday's drawings.

Step1.xlsm Excel file has also been updated.

Delete any previous version you have.

Use the same links.

Not sure why your Excel files are showing incorrect data. I just downloaded the same files and placed them in a 2nd test folder just to see if maybe the files became corrupt but opened and worked OK

I placed the 2 Excel files into a zip folder and uploaded them to box.com

Try downloading the zip file and see what happens:

I made a few enhancements to both Excel files.

Delete what you currently have and re-download using the same links from the opening thread.

I'm Using Excel 2010

At First I Had Them In The Same Folder (Pick3 System)As Most Of The Other Excel Files.

I Then Created A New Folder Just With Those 2 Files(Not In The Pick3 System Folder)

I Can Try Re Downloading The Pick3 VTrac State Draws File Since I D/L'ed It Before You Had The Started The Thread.

It Was With The Pick 3 And Pick 4 Excel Files.

EDIT..The Date In B1 Is 8/25/2014

Not sure why your data is incorrect.

What version of Excel are you using?

You have a number of empty cells that should have data.

What is the date in cell B1. That is what is the format? MM/DD/YYYY

I have 8/25/2014 in cell B1

Your correct, you don't have any cells to adjust the day.

Anyone else who downloaded and opened the Step1.xlsm Excel file show the same errors

Hi winsum,

When I Open The Step 1 File I Noticed That None Of The Results From Aug 25th To Aug 9th Are Populated.

I Don't See Any Dropdowns Where I Can Adjust The Amount Of Draws.

In The Video They Are There.

The Only Draws Showing Are From The 1st Of The Month To The 8th Of Each Of The Months.

This video explains the Draws tab worksheet located in the Step1.xlsm Excel file.

One thing I should mention is when or if you update the draw histories for the P3StateDrawsVTRAC.xlsm Excel file do NOT have both Excel files opened.

Close the Step1.xlsm file and only keep the P3StateDrawsVTRAC.xlsm file open when updating draws.

Next video 3 I will explain the 134Numbers Tab.....

Recommendation is to use Google Chrome as your browser.

Depending on your operating system (Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, etc.) using the above browser should work OK when copy and pasting.

I have Windows 7 and using Mozilla Firefox which works OK for me.

Make sure you follow the instructions in the video.

1st Open the Excel file P3StateDrawsVTRAC.xlsm

Once this Excel file opens you will see a pop-up window reminding you to change the date in cell F1.

Since the draws have been updated through August 25, 2014 you can just close this window.

I normally update this Excel file every morning and will post the update link from box.com

You have the option however to update this file yourself. You can update this Excel file after all the Midday draws are completed for August 26, 2014. (Since

Note: You can only use Excel 2007, 2010, and 2013

Create a new folder and name it anything you want. Example, Pick3VTRAC
