Take your last pick 3 draw. And write down the digits in a vertical line

Example last drsw is 197

Write it as

Now look at last 4 draws. What ever digit hasn't played pair it up with above digits

So say digits

0 5 and 8 hasn't played. Now you have

1 0

9 5

7 8

Now look at last 4 draws and do digit anaylsis. For last position use the hottest digit (s)

Lets say 9 and 3 was hottest. Your final wheel would be
