I was only thinking that if the headline was NJ man wins MM jackpot in Delaware NJ might want the publicity.

I'm in Illinois not far from the MO and KY borders and have thought why not play their lotteries and if you won and they put you mug on their monitors it would be toy your advantage, but not sure.

This is in response to the individuals who have a problem with California always winning and think the game is rigged in California's favor..... So, California wins because the state is large and there are many people playing. We are also right next to Nevada and the state does not allow the retailing of lottery tickets. Your theory would hold true if all the other states who play PB joined together as one state. If that ever happened, then that one big state would eclipse Ca in JP wins just about every week.

I left work to go to 3 different stores to get some early quick picks so that I will have the winning ticket before they wake up in California.

Like I said, if the lottery terminals are queried before the actual draw, pre draws until they get the number they want for a certain state, and to get the jackpot rolling higher for that certain state.
