Definitely CA, lately. In fact, I think something's up with it... it's acting extremely peculiar... something, frankly, stinks.

Everything about P3 is in Pick3predict and P4 in Pick4predict.

Combinations generators are Pick3gen and Pick4gen.

TNERT may explain it better from his experience.

Thanks I was actually dabbling with it earlier, but wasn't sure how to use it effectively. I'll try again.

CTNY you can check up to 400 draws for all states P3 and P4 at lotto mark com.

load state data from database list select All draws , Singles , Doubles or Triples from another drop list just bellow the main one look at data input field (top left) to see how many singles, doubles or triples that state had if you want less than 400 draws then enter the number of last draws in the Main size box.

If your looking over the last 365 draws then California is under performing with only 70 doubles over the last 365 combined draws.

Mathematically speaking 99 doubles should occur over that time frame. Texas Pick 3 Morning and Evening are new games and do not yet have a full years worth of data.

Double under performing states over last year

If you are talking short term then Illinois Pick 3 Midday and Colorado Pick 3 Evening lead the pack with 14 straight singles.

I know NY has a good number of unmatched combos on the board...and CT Jersey play

a lot of doubles.
