I buy the Cambridge 80 sheet quad ruled pads which I use for all of the charts I make up for 3 and 4 digit. I use one sheet to keep a continuous chart of all the numbers drawn daily in straight form across the page for each week. It takes about 1 and 1/3 pages to cover all of the numbers for one year with 2 draws a day. I don't separate the day and night draws as Delaware uses a computer for both draws. I use 4 of the 1/4 blocks for each day, using 2 for the day number and 2 for the night number... [ More ]

Good question. 5 notebooks, which I thin out at the beginning of each new year. Index cards and spiral notebooks.

I print a lot also, lol.

Getting tired of buying ink.

My printer only cost $30.00.

But, I know I have spent hundreds on ink.

I'm down to the brain...no notebooks.

One index card per day and I throw it away. Part of the problem with the notebooks was

too much stuff laying around. I couldn't stand it anymore.

In the beginning when I was like a fish out of water, I had about 10.

If we counting printouts, about 25-40.

Now... I have 2 and my brain make 3 lol

I have a little over 1000, notebook. It a combination of my mother's mine about 30 years of work. I keep 2 year close at all time. Yes, some of the pages are yellowing and handled with a lot of care.

Ha ha...please. You're overrating me! It's not all that special, trust me...just a matter of being organized and knowing which program lends itself best to accomplishing what you want and it's all manual input. Anyone can do it. I maintain dates, draws, costs, and profits so I know exactly what's going on at all times. More or less like book keeping...even your check book. Can't speak for anyone else but, it's standard issue for me to keep track of ALL THINGS MONEY...and especially with gambling... [ More ]

One notebook for jotting down specific things regarding my state picks so I don't forget. Everything else is incorporated into spreadsheets.

1 piece of paper for scratching out my picks. Throw it away when filled up.

I use Moleskine ruled journals. They have 80 pages, but I use 2 facing pages for each draw, so one notebook covers 39 draws.

I have 10 or so of these in my bottom desk drawer and once in a while I haul them out to do research. For example, based on the statistics highlighted in my notes, could I have identified the winner? If so, what would the most efficient set of filters be? Which statistic was most important in identifying the winner?

I use to buy those planner note books sold at Office Depot and OfficeMax but they are no longer available and the ones sold at Walmart aren't as well laid out. One was good for 40-50 games so over the years I might have brought fifty but I've only kept the last three or four. Some times it would be nice to good back and see what I did the two times I missed winning the local jackpot by one number.
