It came 847 (8xx) on 10-4. So how is that still out for 63 draws? What am I missing

Here is a chart that shows the current Pick 3 games as of 10/06/2014 1:00 p.m MST with the longest digit skips by position.

Digit Skips by position by state games.

I highlighted in red any digit that has currently skipped over 45 draws by position. Ion Saliu's Degree of Certainty says an event with 1/10 probability of happening should occur 99% of the time within 45 draws. For 99.9% certainty 66 draws. So Texas combined is bucking the odds with digit 9 in position 2 missing for 78 draws.... [ More ]

If x=0 thru 9, then the matrix will be 2*2*10 for 40 picks, why do we have 26 picks

...also don't forget 8xx is now skipping 63 days. That's Dead Digit Walking. Should average a hit every 10 draws first position. 36 per year average.
