I started making my wheels a few years ago. Some are minimal others aren't. Nick's stuff seems to be unfinished or it was stripped. It comes over as a bad joke. Wheels aren't everything, they are just a way to spread numbers over fewer combinations. The wheels on LP changed some time ago, I think. Some sites offered them for free in all sizes and shapes. A wheel can be crappy, but with the correct numbers in one line, it wins.

can be recommended.

Personally I like LottoDesign.xls which I often use to make Keno wheels.

He has also created spreadsheets called LottoSelector (for prediction) and LottoStatistics.

You can find them here: http://crazynuts.hollosite.com/lottery_spreadsheets/

Some of them comes with time limits. Click EXIT and you can use the spreadsheet anyway.
