Some are minimal others aren't. Nick's stuff seems to be unfinished or it was stripped. It comes over as a bad joke. Wheels aren't everything, they are just a way to spread numbers over fewer combinations. The wheels on LP changed some time ago, I think. Some sites offered them for free in all sizes and shapes. A wheel can be crappy, but with the correct numbers in one line, it wins.

Personally I like LottoDesign.xls which I often use to make Keno wheels.

He has also created spreadsheets called LottoSelector (for prediction) and LottoStatistics.

Some of them comes with time limits. Click EXIT and you can use the spreadsheet anyway.
