I took the Oct 5 and 6th draws from PA 717 and 397.

I take the difference 320 and put as follows

The rand between function gives

431

Then I do a plus minus 010 from the 431 and a plus 111 after that for the rows.

421. 431. 441

643 653. 663

754. 764. 774

Etc.

The 663 hit on the 12th.
