True, but only in states that are Pari-mutuel. California is one state, and a few others.

All States have a bet/payout cap when too many bets are placed on one combo. It sends a red flag and that's why they have preventative measures in place like caps.

I use Lottery Looper for my pick 4 games and i have a little strategy going which is seemingly paying off atm. It took awhile but i noticed a trend and again atm it's remaining fairly consistent.

I don't spend the little money I do on the p-3 for entertainment. I have a very specific goal in mind and nothing else.

Nearly everyone playing lottery games have a specific goal in mind but that doesn't change the fact that it's just an entertaining way for them to gamble and lose their money.

Right off the bat, I recall several articles posted at LP regarding Pick 3/4 players that were cashing in very well FREQUENTLY and the whole forum was all over them. Players like St. Pierre are probably using money management strategies and getting at least $50 to $1 payoff odds when they hit. The other day someone showed a pick-3 playing 20 lines all boxed and said it consistently had hits. Doing the math, the payoff odds are just slightly over $3 to $1 making consistent wins a necessity just to break even.

I'm not knocking finding methods that consistently produce hits but at best getting $4 to $1 payoff odds is not quality wins.

Tell that to Peter St. Pierre and a few others that their hard work didn't pay off. Finding a way to make regular income on the p-3 is much much easier than trying to beat 175 million to 1 for PB, or 1 in 259 million for Mega MM.

How many times have you written on LP that even with the best JP systems, luck is almost always a major factor because if it truly was the system at work, they'd hit the JP a few times.

There are state pick-3 games that average over $1 million a day in sales and payout an average of $1/2 million in prizes. Somebody has to be collecting that money and it probably is a handful of players with consistent playing strategy.

NOT SO FAST ! What happened to all of the LP Members who were standing/waiting in line to receive Pick3Guy's system going back a few month's ago ? You know the one that generated thirty-five (35) Pick 3 number combinations. GOOD IN ALL STATES. Perhaps Pick3Guy wasn't so stingy (as you put it) and did in fact did reveal his system to those who wanted it.

in life there are winners and losers. its just the way it has to be. but still, I think there are systems that work. but no matter how well it works the percentage of losers in the game would always outwieght those who cash in.

the trick is just staying under the radar. thats what most people with winning systems do.

I love the USA LOL. I am learning the pick 3/4 and have focused mainly on the jackpot games over the years and developed several things to get my numbers. I wish I had luck on my side some times but I am here to tell you and everyone else on the board, getting jackpot numbers is a skill more than luck IMHO. Us here on LP are just a handful of lottery players who actually know about systems etc.

I think the majority just go into the store guessing. I met a guy at a gas station who I gave a good set

of numbers to play for that night. He then told me that he had been playing this one pick 4 number for over 3 years now.

I saw a woman at a corner store play $99 dollars worth of P4 numbers boxed.

I wanted to remind her that NY pays $100 for a box hit, but that was none of my business.

RJOh, I have to both agree and disagree with you here. True, the logic is very different because Pick 3/4 players know that they must win at some point simply due to the design (numerical range) of the game. A player losing their money on a 0-9 game has much, much better odds of winning or recovering their money than the player trying to win on a 1-56-type game ALL DAY LONG...and those wins can occur more frequently. If someone could travel to the future, it makes more sense if they are getting the next pick-4 or pick-3 to write the number down somewhere. But then again what's the point of getting a pick-3 number with all the multimillion games.

I always get a laugh when someone comes up with a system , especially for P3 or P4, and next thing you know there are pages of people wanting numbers for their state. Really? Is it that hard to just pick a number?

Personally, I can lose just as good with my own numbers, I don't need to lose with someone elses numbers. LOL.

When someone has taken the trouble to put their pride aside and ask for help, they are expecting a system that really works. So unless you're sure that your system will do all they expect keep it to yourself and avoid being blamed for others losing money using your system.
