			<description><![CDATA[<p>Used to be when a big jackpot was won, the next drawing would be higher than the minimum.<br /><br />Some speculated it was people cashing in their $2 to $25 tickets spending the winnings on new tickets. Or maybe people bought multi-draw tickets that were credited to the next drawing(s).<br /><br />However it happened, it&#x27;s no longer happening. After the MM was won, it reset to 15M, 9M cash, just like always. I don&#x27;t recall seeing a JP reset to higher than minimum in years.</p>]]></description>
