There's clearly some sort of error in those numbers, because there's far too much correlation between a state's number of winners and population.

So you admit the unfair advantage, you trying to insult me, isn't going to change my mind, I see bias when I looked at where the wins occurred, however a certain few here believe that questioning things, is BAD, and that I, and a few others, should just shut up already. We should just let the states that have a certain amount of wins just have MM and PB, and the rest of them can create a lottery together without those other states.

How do you not understand that population defines a states chance of winning? If 10 million people buy a lottery ticket in one state and 10 thousand buy one in another the state with more buyers will win more often, though it is not guaranteed. Did you ever take a statistics or basic math class??? I am being serious when asking because high school kids should understand that one state has greater odds of winning than another but not everyone buying a ticket wins if the state wins.

Finally some where else won. And the cry baby from california is being a whiner about it. Missouri didn't win right after a previous win ( no investigation needed), they won earlier this year march 22 to be exact. When a place wins two or more times in a row with no other state winning in between ( this is when an investigation is needed ) , then that is where the problem lies.
