Added the option of either using the Root times Sum Method or using the Pick 3 number from cell C5.

Here's how it works:

1. Enter your Pick 3 combo in cell C5

2. Click cell F5. You will see a drop-down arrow to the right. Select either A or B .

A = The Root * Sum calculation method.

B = Using the Pick 3 combo in cell C5.

3. Click inside Cell H5. You will see a drop-down arrow to the right. Select the +/- value for Position 1

Click inside Cell I5. You will see a... [ More ]

Excel versions 2002-2003

Instructions:

1. Enter your Pick 3 number in cell C5 (example, 867)

2. Enter +/- in cell range H5 through J5 (example, -1, -1, -1)

I modified the +/- so you could enter any +/- value in cell range H5:J5 (example, 1, -1, -2, +1, +5, -5, etc.)

If you are using a negative value make sure you enter... [ More ]

I don't know...

The only thing I know is for each digit of pick 3-4 there was a drop down of plus 0-9 and minus 0-9

example 123

1(drop down+0-9,-0-9) 2 (drop down+0-9,-0-9) 3 (drop down+0-9,-0-9)

example 1234

1(drop down+0-9,-0-9) 2 (drop down+0-9,-0-9) 3 (drop down+0-9,-0-9) 4 (drop down+0-9,-0-9

I'm not sure if it's the one I'm thinking or if you had done it, it might have been pogo

It had drop down for each digit, plus or minus 0-9

I had it on pc but with files encrypted I can't figure out what one it was or the name..

winsum do you still have this in excel somewhere?

I think it was the one that you could plus minus each digit with 0 to 9
