I got rid of cable in my bedroom so I am weaning myself off lol. I have a little aintenna but the picture stalls and breaks up or tiles in bad weather...the air channels and they are so limited but it works in a pinch since I am an insomniac.

Mostly the shows are pure garbage but I cant give up my Fox News, the only place you can get any truth. Maybe in time. I too, still enjoy watching these reruns and hoping for new shows, so I wait. Winning a lottery would be my preference then I can live... [ More ]

One of the older shows, the ones w/ titles LCML 2 3 had a winner named O'Keefe same as the recent MMC winner

Just a lucky coincidence I guess, well that and to have a beer type beverage named after you. LOL

I think Terry did do the right thing by taking a combinations of the annuity and cash pay-out. Hopefully he doesn't go belly up with his investment properties.

I got rid of my cable a few months back and for the most part, don't miss it. I can watch anything I normally did on cable now on Hulu or on the channel's website, but TLC doesn't have anything but snippets of TLCML and there's not many other places to watch it and the ones that do carry a few of the episodes have really low quality files. I always appreciated the heads up, though.

I would never go on that or any lottery winner show, what do you gain from it ?

I suspect they have a hard time finding winners that will appear on their show.

First off you have a small group of people that win big, then if they're smart they want to keep a low profile.

One that comes to mind is that doctor in Florida who had the brakes on her car tampered with.

I still can't figure why she agreed to be on the show after something like that happened.

Or people like me who just likes to watch them over and over anyways. Heck there's nothing on, on Saturdays anyway, Im usually working anyway but the DVR will be recording LOL

YW haymaker, i have to do the same, something happened to the last ones set, they recorded but wouldnt playback. Who knows if any new shows will be made. I like to watch but if I was ever lucky enough to win I would never go on any show and wouldnt even do those conferences.

LOL Thanks, DVR is still set to record all episodes in case they ever make a new one.
