I actually made a mistake, lottointuitive. This site http://www.ccrwest.org/cover/table.html does allow you to pick 12 numbers and wheel them. In fact, it let's you go up to picking 25 numbers to wheel so you could use it for an All or nothing game.

But I don't know where to find one that offers something for games that have 12 balls drawn like your all or nothing game.

Does anyone know of any free wheel generator ( or something that offers a trial) that you can customize to any lottery game?

Finding a wheel generators for the All Or Nothing game seems impossible so far.
