I like to analyze numbers and patterns, I always have. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Infamous $99 Wheel gives 8 sets of numbers and of those it guarantees one set will have 2 of 3 winning numbers for the next draw as long as the result is not a double or triple. Running back tests it seems to perform as stated, even when a double falls it will sometimes contain two of the three digits for the next draw.
