That might prove to be the key. But before I jump off any more cliffs, I need to look at more data.

I think what these people did, when they developed the idea, was tear the thing completely apart and start at the bottom.

They found that playing three digits you have the possibility of a jackpot if two digits hit, three digits hit, or four digits hit. Those account for 60% of the draws. And if 5 digits hit, you could still win a lower prize.

What If we play three low numbers and three high numbers. The numbers in red are 14 randomly chosen numbers. During real play, I'd eliminate any winning numbers from the previous draw.

This just keeps getting better! What we have here (besides a mess) is a chart of the 120 lowest three digit combinations, excluding triples and doubles, of the Texas Cash 537. BK3 = back digits; Hits= hits; LNG = longest it has ever stayed out; CURR = how long it is currently out.

BUT ITS ONLY ACCURATE WHEN TRACKING THE LOWEST THREE DIGIT PATTERN IN A SET of 5 back digits.

Looking through this thread again I thought about LottoPro and how I used to search numbers like this. I still have it on my old computer but downloaded the trial version this morning (which you might want to do too,onlymoney,if you don't already have it.)

Since Number 1 is the all time hottest digit for jackpot games I decided to search it with each series...10-20-30, 11-21-31,12-22-32 etc.

But that's just it! You are shooting for when the key IS GOOD, because that's when you can make all the difference with a reasonable amount of lines! All the more reason to put a little extra energy into not necessarily narrowing down the right code, but instead a couple of codes with the right key or keys. Yes, that 7 was overdue. The last 7 in any number was on Dec. 8 and the one before that was on Nov. 28.

Keys are good, but If the key ends up not being a key, then it's bad.

It stems from the Sieve of Eratosthenes, a Greek mathematician, whose sieve was to find all prime numbers.

In this case, the sieve eliminates every other number, which happens to be the even set.

Then, since 3 is now the second number, every third number is eliminated.

The final step, since 7 is now the third number, every seventh number is eliminated.

That leaves 1,3,7,9,13,15,21,25,31,33, and 37 as Lucky Numbers.

Confidence interval of each member of the matrix x/N could be located by sampling different cycles. Each member becomes a parameter for observation or reference for the interval range. Yes, maybe ... so you could use that as a default play whenever using a 01x code, just pick one or two from the set and go with them (I prefer using 2 key #s)

or

pick a digit from the previous draw to be part of your code, since doing a quick scan of your game and noticing that the 1-36 matrix offers a lot of repeaters. This may help to reduce the guesswork ... especially if you pair it with the other digits that tend to play together.

One way I'm using now to predict the upcoming codes is to use my Add 21 system I use for the pick-3 game. Any results that have a double in my workout I omit.

Look at Dec. 4=124

The back pair is 24. Add 21 to the 24 5 times.

24+21=45

45+21=66----omit, no doubles work

66+21=87 (78 low to high)

87+21=08

08+21=29

So we have 145-178-108(018 low to high)-129

Next day's winning code was 128

Yes, that's fine and dandy, but maybe if you re-read my questions you'll get a better understanding of what I'm asking. I can clearly see what you're doing, but as I stated the idea is to play fewer lines while still aiming for 3/5 or better ... not just freeplays. Especially since using only 3-digits when the majority of drawn lines will contain 4 different last digits requires fine-tuning even further. When I play the pick-3 game, I only play for a straight hit. That's 1,000 to 1 odds with one ticket purchase.

With this game, although I probably won't hit the JP too soon, I'm only tracking 120 boxed combinations. I'm hoping to hit 3 or 4 number wins to fund my quest to the big one.

I track the numbers just like I do p-3.

The only way I see to reduce the cost is to use a key/banker number that will appear in each line. I like what you're doing here, but how are you coming up with which code or 3-digit set to use on any given day? Are you keeping track of which ones tend to hit together

Tracking a thousand back digits sets of three.....ewwwwww!

Still a big YAY when compared to tracking all 100000 five digit back sets.

Bob, breaking the game into 5 digit ordered back sets and counting those results in 90% zeros or ones. So I would propose taking the three digit sets and getting the breakdown for each combination of those. Trace 123, 132, 213, 231, 312, 321 and see which, if any, comes out most. As far as how I do it is as before. I'm only concentrating from the lowest to highest of the first 3 digits, no matter what order.

Example: 01-12-23-30-32.....code=012

I know I'm ignoring the other numbers and others have suggested tracking the other numbers, but that becomes a nightmare. Still trying to crawl before I walk..lol

Still trying to decipher what I'm seeing.

Had some thoughts of breaking these into back digit patterns of 4 and even doing the 5 back digits, not sure that would be much help. Texas has 5700 draws, including pre-tests, about 19500. To track every back 5 digit pattern would mean huge blocks of zero results. (Can't extrapolate from a zero.)

Might make more sense to track them as boxed digits.

Breakdown for any 536 game

It gives the count for the front digits, as well as the front 3, mid 3 and last 3. In other words, you have 5 front digits from 00000 to 33333. You can see the count for each of these.

You're right on. The percent for 2-1-1-1 in a 5/36 game is 48%. Currently in Fla it's hitting at 48.9%.

These stats are courtesy of my program Lotwin. Also 1-2 of these numbers will hit 70.7% of the time.

Now add these to groups together Will give you about 89% right?

You see why I'm going for these 2 groups ...And we need to use 4 digits codes for better hits.

All so looking at other ideas from other posters here. Its not easy to hit the Jack Pot with these odds.

What we should be looking for now is a system that hits 3 or 4 numers a lot . So were not using our

Bank roll to play...

In a 5/36 game 1-1-1-1-1 meaning all last digits are different will happen every 2.5 draws or 39.6%. In Fla it's actually hitting at 40.2%

So that means if you hit the right code you can expect no better than a 3 number hit 4/10 draws.

The history is showing us that single digits hit a lot,and when they don't one pair will hit.

Steve Players Group left us short of the Jack Pot... this is the way I look at it.
