And for those who'd like to keep their wins private this state you can claim anonymously, if you win no one in your own state will ever know!!!

I called the Mass lotto and asked for more info last year about this, they sent me a a brochure with the numbers to fill out (you have to pay by phone anyway).

Another member I told about this bought his ticket, what they send you is what he described looks like an insurance card.
