			<description><![CDATA[<p>I regularly look at the PA Quinto draw results, and over the years the lowest number of winners I recall seeing was two. Front / back 2 and other side-bets make zero winners in a draw a near improbability, but not impossible.<br /><br />Has there ever been a PA Quinto draw(s) with zero winners, zero payout? ... and if so, when and what was the Quinto number(s)?<br /><br />No real reason for asking other than curiosity, though I&#x27;d try playing whatever Quinto number(s) that had zero winners in a past draw.
