Just call and tell them you want to be emailed the predraws each month and they will ask for your email. That's the only information they ask

I live in South Carolina, but I play in both states, SC NC, b/c I live very close to the NC border. Who should I contact to get on this mailing list ??? Will they send this info to SC residents

They usually email them out on the 7th of each month. Say for instance, when January 7th 2015 comes, I will receive the predraws from December 2014.

Have they remembered to E-mail the NC pre-draws each month ?? For how long ?? Is there a special E-mailing list, to receive Pre-draws each month
