Every lottery draw has a winner who wins every time, the state, who takes the lion's share first of the sales and then taxes on the prize. Even if someone else found a way to win multiple times it would only serve to lower interest in the games and the size of the prize. Not only that, others could still win as well, so even if the inventor waited until rollover created a big jackpot, likely it would be shared. Lotteries and casinos don't need to cheat to get your money.

Whether one uses a wheel with the first place holder combination being 01-02-03-04-05-06 or creating the first combination for a loop system, optimal strategy is to use your best numbers because they will come out of the system as a your best playable combination whereas the other lines will be different to various degrees.

I heard that machines pay out more than roulette tables and heard fantastic stories. The machines in pubs can pay a bit more when people lost, I heard. I once took over a paying machine, I won the price of my train ticket. So, eventually why not take over a machine that didn't stop paying. The lesson you could take is, when you are winning, you just might continue riding lady luck. A good player knows when to stop is a saying.

I usually point out that you cannot beat dumb luck. You buy one quickpick and you win the biggest jackpot of all times.

And if by chance some group of persons in history or now did find a way to make a dent in the odds - big changes then, since they were part of the NEW WAVE they may just make that information free and virally we'd all make a little bit of money on the Powerball en masse and consistently - my feeling is that our Government would very soon shut down the games - our government is not interested in our welfare as they are saying but the reverse - to actually force us on their ''welfare' and control.... and you say that is from over riding yours or any system and just by intuition?

I don't get what is meant by the difference of computer generated and floating balls having anything to do with the states honesty rating though,,,

as here does that make the results any different?

If we talk play on paper and system, then consider myself being a multiple jackpot winner, including Euromillions. Using wheels you need the luck to score the highest. Full systems cost dear money. Having the habit to put my preference in the first line, I proved to myself that it is me picking and not the system that does it. My last prediction for Texas on Monday held a 3/5 in the first line. Scores: 3/5 2/5 2/5, displayed: 3/5 and lower payout.

The system has potential if your three jumping off combinations are made well. It certainly helps to play a game with two tickets for a dollar. He only claims to have won on paper. Still only about 130-150 combinations out of millions so do the math. I would view all claims of people playing fewer then the full set as overcoming sales resistance rather then an effective strategy.

So then, suppose that a few or a lot of persons got some novel system of whatever kinds and they all found ways to play it un noticed hiding all the while of course would you go and tell anyone that I found this gold mine and here is where it is

If a person had a true winning system then he/she would play that system themselves and not share it. Even if he shared it with one other then that starts the ball rolling toward the whole world knowing it. Keep it to yourself.

I tried KEN SILVER'S lotto SYSTEM but have many questions still remaining. He actually admits that majority of his users play below the required number of tickets and they don't use his whole system correctly either just parts and part time. He has a collective pot for NZ lotto but I don't hear of any jackpots being won by the group yet. I just wonder about it. And what was his methodology?
