I'm one of those who reads off their numbers BUT NOT FROM A LIST. I know what you mean, they have 50 numbers

on a list and want them each a different way. IF the person hands over a note and the clerk KNOWS them and is

GOOD...then I don't mind a bit, it's usually as fast as the play slips.

I get up there and do not want to go to the side because of a machine not being able to read my dang slips, it's

happened many, many times and that's why I hate them.

Oh I totally agree Chris!! I don't mind if they hand the clerk a list, but when they read them off and ur in line for 20 minutes or more behind them it is totally aggravating. After 10 minutes I sometimes walk away.

But on the other hand, those lottery forms ain't much fun either. My biggest peeve is when someone calls out their Power Ball, Match 6 , Treasure Hunt or Cash 5 numbers. I usually tell the lottery clerks that they are not supposed to let people do that.

more than once if I've been waiting in line behind somebody reading off a list of numbers,

and they are taking forever I say next time why dont you fill out one of these play slips so I don't have to wait behind you all day.

some of the people that stand at these machines and call out their numbers irritate me to death and I always let them know it.

either go to the machine and put them in yourself or stand there and fill them out so it takes one second to go through the normal machine... [ More ]

There's always that dumb clerk out there who hears 345 when you said 212 or gives you straight only when you say

super straight.
